A logo that I created for a client

He first came to me wanting a logo for himself that would help him stand out in the music industry. He wanted his named spelled out with an eye as the middle branch for the "A". He wanted the text to be plain and simple and wanted people to notice the eye but not have it take over the rest of the logo.

He later came to me wanting me to create a short video that would give a preview for one his songs. He wanted an image of himself to look minimalistic so I posterized it and added the name of the song overtop of him. He wanted some kind of effect to happen whenever an 808 would hit. I took the still image of him and added effects to the images. When the 808 would hit they would appear and grow in size and when the 808 faded so did the effects.

For this preview he simply wanted his logo, a soccer player and the name of the song on the cover. I added a outline to the player to make it easier to distinguish him from the background. Once again I added effects to the cover whenever the 808 hit.

This was another preview that was made for him but he wanted to change it up and try something different. I had the cover float around the screen to bring more life to the video rather than just have a still image in the center. In the beginning of the video I added a little of pixel sorting to make it more interesting. Later in the video when the 808s start to hit the pixel sorting effect increased in effect as well as the image growing in size. Once finished I didn't like how dark the background was so I put the cover without any effects on it in the background, increased its size and put a blur on it. This was to make sure that it didn't take any attention away from the original cover.

For this video I added the same effects as before but was having a hard time syncing the 808s to the effects. So I didn't increase the image in size but made the pixel sorting effect occur every couple of seconds.
